[b]STEAM Name: MBF 2k Discord Name:MBF 2K In-Game Name: JOC Age:15 Nationality: Have you ever been banned from our server, if so why?:no Why would you like to be apart of the Dream World Staff Team?:[/b]I would like to become staff for many reasons; the first being I love to help out the community and players New and Old whether it’s from helping a new player set up their PED or help them figure out how to do certain things they may not be aware about. I also have been staff on other servers and personally I think I would be a great fit for staff on VRP.  I want to make a change in this community by helping out the rest of the staff team with cracking down on modders, trollers, rule breakers etc. I would like to help create the best environment for the players on the server by serving them and protecting them from the outlier of players who don’t intend to rp or intend to have fun the majority of FiveM players do by Roleplaying and being realistic. I know that other staff members are busy and personally there have been times where I witness someone Fail RP, VDM or RDM and I try to report it but it doesn’t work and the best thing I can do it verbally tell them not to do it. Now them knowing I’m not a staff member doesn’t do much. However I think people should listen to community members as well since they know the rules, or at least they should. I would like to handle these situations calmly and get it over as quick as I can by resolving the issue that is occurring. In no way am I trying to throw shade at this server because I love it with all my heart but there is some issues here and there that can be fixed. I would like to help fix those issues because I know a lot of the staff team do have lives and are busy and I personally know how that is. I am mature in all situations involving staff and even not involving staff members. I know to be respectful to others and what they are saying for the reason that I am a respectful person. I have only been in 1 or 2 staff sits the whole time I have been here. The first time I did get a warning but I got it appealed and haven’t done anything else to get in trouble. I want to help make the best server that everyone wants to go to because of the reputation that we build amongst us all from the staff team to the new players. I have been staff on a few other servers and know how to handle almost all situations. I am an honest and respectful person, I am mature and respect others opinions even when in disagreement. I have been apart of this server for some time now and think I have showed a lot of people that I am ready and an appropriate fit for staff. If anyone disagrees I can show you I am fit. I have nothing on my record showing I don’t break rules.  I know the appropriate amount of time for punishments depending on the rule that was broken and how many times it was broken. I am an active member and know the rules and how to enforce them accordingly. I Will handle staff sits calmly and accordingly to what has happened and resolve it as quick as I can so that everyone can get back to their RP and continue to have a great fun experience on the server. I will help make the server fun and enjoyable for everyone. I will show everyone that I am a great fit for the staff team. I know when the right time is to punish someone for example if they have previous counts of it in there record, of course with permission from a higher staff member if required. I know the steps of figuring out who’s in the wrong in the situation, hopefully they have a recording of what has happened.
